Challenges

The client’s website was filled with excessive, irrelevant, and low-quality content, which negatively impacted its topical authority.

Having invested heavily in creating those posts and pages, They were unwilling to delete any of them.

Proposal

Immediately recommended content pruning (deleting pages) and assured them of achieving 1st-page rankings for the relevant blogs that were previously absent from the SERPs.

They agreed, and decided to de-index around 50% of the pages..

Strategy

Created a Winning Blog Strategy based on the Researched Keywords:

-Minimum Word count (no max word count)
-Number of images
-Internal and external linking opportunities
-List of subheadings
-Crucial statistics (To attract backlinks)
-FAQs
-References to understand the search intent

Used a logical structure of H1 to H4 headings, used descriptive alt text for images, and added at least 5 original images per 1000-word.

As blogs started ranking, new data started coming in.

A month after publication, We analyzed the pages with keywords ranked in the 4th to 15th position.

And added new informative content to these pages by looking at the data and current SERP.

Remained consistent and trusted our strategy to outrank every competition using Semantic SEO and contextual backlinking.

Number of Pages getting traffic between 1 and 100: 91
Number of Pages getting traffic between 101 and 1000: 4
Number of Pages getting traffic between 1001 and 5000: 0

When Number of pages = 230

Number of Pages getting 0 traffic: 95
Number of Pages getting traffic between 1 and 100: 99
Number of Pages getting traffic between 101 and 1000: 32
